How can I place my order?


Orders can be done in one of four ways:

1. Online: by registering on the website and submiting the request /order.
2. E-mail: by sending the request to encomendas@farmaciacarloslucas.com
3. Telephone: via 00 351 249 717 595
4. Fax: by sending to 00 351 249 715 244

Can I pay when I receive the medication at home?


Yes, you can order and on delivery of drugs by the pharmacy the employee can perform the payment.
The payment service at the time of delivery of the medicines is not subject to any additional cost.
The medication orders are only applicable for the following Municipalities:


Entroncamento
Torres Novas
VN Barquinha
Golegã

This option is not available for other destinations: Rest of Portugal, Islands, Brazil, Rest of Europe and Rest of the World.

Can I pay when I receive health care products at home?


Yes, you can order and on delivery of health care products other than medicinal products you can perform the payment with the pharmacy's employee .

The service payment on delivery of health care products other than medicinal products is not subject to any additional cost.

The orders of health products other than medicinal products apply only to the following Municipalities:


     Entroncamento
     Torres Novas
     VN Barquinha
     Golegã

 

This option is not available to other destinations: Rest of Portugal, Islands, Brazil, Rest of Europe and Rest of the World.

What methods of payment are available for ordering medicines?


The payment should be selected in the final stages of purchasing online or otherwise choose another ordering form - phone, fax, email - you should specify the desired option.
These are the accepted means of payment:


 
Payment on delivery
Upon delivery of your order, you can pay for your it to the pharmacy's employee via cash, check or ATM.

 

At the Counter
Upon delivery of your order, you can pay for it at the Pharmacy through cash, check or ATM.

 

Bank Transfer

After selecting your payment method, you should complete your purchase. At the end of the order, in the confirmation page, you will find the NIB you should use to accomplish the transfer.

Your order will be processed with transfer confirmation, therefore, to expedite the whole process, you can send an email to encomendas@farmaciacarloslucas.com with proof of payment, stating your name and the e-mail address you used to register on the website.
Place your order reference as a reference for bank transfer.

 
If you chose to order by fax, email or phone, you should also state the reference of the bank transfer.

 

ATM Reference

You can pay with all the convenience of ATM machines using the network or bank sites on the Internet that make possible this form of payment (Homebanking).

To do so simply choose this payment option and complete the order, the payment data will show up on the screen (Entity, Reference and Value), and can be printed for your convenience.

Upon payment you must select the option "Service Payments", filling in the "Entity", "Reference" and "Value" with the data supplied to you on checkout on our website.

We will begin processing your order once we've received the proof of payment (sent by EasyPay).


Paypal

You can pay with all the convenience of Paypal.
To use this method of payment, when ordering, select the "CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL" option and proceed until you get to the end of your order.
You will then be automatically redirected to PayPal's website.
If you already have a PayPal account, enter your account details and proceed to payment. Otherwise, you will be asked for your payment details and registration data in Paypal's system. After you enter you account details, your new PayPal account will be created and can be reused again on our website, or any other that accepts this method of payment.
At the end of the payment, you will be sent back to our website where the correct payment of your order will be confirmed;
You will receive email confirmation of your order and confirmation of its PayPal payment;

 
If you do not have a Paypal account, you can make payments by credit card through PayPal's secure page without registering.

 

Note: This method requires payment at time of order confirmation. If you have any problems during the process or you are unable to pay immediately, you must make a new order and repeat the process.

What methods of payment are available for ordering other health products?

The payment should be selected in the final stages of purchasing online or otherwise choose another ordering form - phone, fax, email - you should specify the desired option.

Where can you deliver my order?

 


Pharmacy's Counter
After receiving and preparing your request, you can pick it up at the pharmacy's counter in normal opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 22.00.



At home
Your request will be sent to the address indicated at the time of checkout.
If you choose an alternative address to your residence, please specifiy it at the time of checkout.

The area of residence is very important to point out correctly, it serves as a basis for calculating the costs of delivery charges.




MEDICINES

Deliveries are made by an employee of the Pharmacy Carlos Pereira Lucas, at home or another address specified by the user, as long as its part of the following Municipalities:



Entroncamento
Torres Novas
Vila Barquinha
Golegã

How much will it cost to have medication delivered at home?

 
The medication delivery at home is only available to the Entroncamento County and neighboring municipalities:
Torres Novas, Vila Nova da Barquinha and Golegã.
An additional fee of € 3.00 will be added for home delivery.

For orders above € 60 the user is exempt from paying € 3.00 for home delivery.

How much will it cost to have Other Health Products delivered at Home?


Entroncamento municipality and neighboring municipalities:
Torres Novas, Vila Nova da Barquinha and Golegã.
An additional fee of € 3.00 will be added for home delivery.

For orders above € 60 the user is exempt from paying € 3.00 for home delivery.



Rest of Continental Portugal
An additional fee of € 3.5 will be added for home delivery (or 4,60 € in case the order is composed of more than 6 packages or quantity above 1 unit for products of bigger volume or weight).

For orders above € 60 the user is exempt from paying € 3.00 for home delivery.



Islands - Madeira and the Azores
An additional fee of € 7.50 will be added for home delivery(or 12,50 € in case the order is composed of more than 6 packages or quantity above 1 unit for products of bigger volume or weight).



Brazil
An additional fee of € 15.80 will be added for home delivery (or 47,50 € in case the order is composed of more than 6 packages or quantity above 1 unit for products of bigger volume or weight).



Spain
An additional fee of € 7 will be added for home delivery (or 9,50 € in case the order is composed of more than 6 packages or quantity above 1 unit for products of bigger volume or weight).



Europe
An additional fee of € 8.95 will be added for home delivery (or 45 € in case the order is composed of more than 6 packages or quantity above 1 unit for products of bigger volume or weight).



Rest of World
An additional fee of € 15.80 will be added for home delivery (or 26,50 € in case the order is composed of more than 6 packages or quantity above 1 unit for products of bigger volume or weight).



The Pharmacy Carlos Pereira Lucas is not responsible for any customs costs / tariffs which may be applied in the destination country.

What's the time schedule for delivery of Medicines at home?


Order processing is performed between 9h and 19h, Monday to Friday.
The orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Entroncamento Municipality, Torres Novas, VN Barquinha and Golegã:

 

All orders placed up to 12am - will be delivered on the same day until 10pm, or may be picked up over the counter from 4pm and beyond.

 
All orders placed after 12am will be delivered the next day up to 4pm.
If you opt to pick up your order at the pharmacy's counter, you can pick it up after 5pm the same day.

What's the time schedule for delivery of other health products?


Order processing is performed between 9h and 19h, Monday to Friday.

If you chose to pick up your order at the pharmacy's counter, you can pick it up after 4pm the same day is the order is performed before 12am, or after 5pm the same day if the order is performed after 12am.
 

Islands, Madeira and the Azores
All orders will be delivered the next 3 to 5 business days.

 

Brazil
All orders will be delivered in the next 10 to 25 days.

 

Rest of Europe
All orders will be delivered within the next 3-12 days.

 

Rest of World
All orders are delivered within 7 to 25 days.

 

These time schedules are conditioned by payment confirmation of your order (reference ATM options, paypal, bank transfer or credit card) as well as the availability in stock at the pharmacy or the market.

How can I request Medicines contained in a Prescription?

If you wish to apply for prescription-only medicine, contact us at (00351) 249 717 595.
Your pharmacist will help you interpret your prescription and he will guide you on how to proceed to complete your request.


You can also attach a copy (s) of the prescription (s) to the Delivery Address Form and send it by fax to (00351) 249 715 244.



Or scan the prescription (s) and attach it to the Home Delivery Form and email it to encomendas@farmaciacarloslucas.com

Can orders be canceled?


Orders whose payment is not successfully made will be canceled within 2 working days.

Can I return a product?


Because a mistake is a possibility and user satisfaction is our priority, you can make a return of your request within 15 days after purchase.

The packaging should be intact without any damage and it should be returned along with proof of purchase.
For user protection, the following products can not be returned: damaged goods, medicines, food, warm clothing lingerie and stockings.

The delivery costs of returning the product will be the user's responsibility.

The amount payed will be refunded using the selected payment method if possible, or in different method under agreement between the user and the Pharmacy.

The cost of delivery of the order will not be refunded.
