Medical Condition

To all the customers who visit us for the first time is required to complete a clinical questionnaire. If you suffer from any illness, taking medication or are pregnant report it to the team member to attend. Some treatments may not be advisable. Customers with open sores or infectious diseases are restricted to frequent treatments and massages.

 

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We recommend that you book in advance the time of treatment provided by contacting the Pharmacy Carlos Pereira Lucas since all plants have to be reserved for your treatment, please inform us with at least 24 hours when you can not attend. Failure or anticipated failure to attend treatment reserved, subject to the recovery of their value in full.

 

Never be late

It should arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled treatment. Only then will have enough time to receive the necessary information, prepare and relax before your treatment. If arriving late will limit your treatment time to avoid delay in the next treatment.

 

Switch off your phone at the entrance

Length of treatment is your time. Do not undermine your experience leaving your phone on.

 

Minimum Age

Children under 12 years may not use the treatments and massages.

Teens from 13 to 16 years can use both services when accompanied by adults.
