Nutrition couselling. WHY?
Anyone can benefit from nutrition counseling. Just think how much food influences our health and well-being. Even those who are and not overweight, can benefit in the medium and long term, an improvement in their eating habits.

What happens in nutrition counseling?
The first appointment is to last approximately one hour and it is done the detailed analysis of eating habits, lifestyle, likes and dislikes. It is important to gather as much information as possible about your medical history in order to develop the most appropriate diet plan.
The meal plan is customized. Custom made for each person,respecting her needs, personal tastes, schedules, time, money and routines. Knowing your usual eating pattern, it is possible to see which aspects need to be corrected. In addition to recommendations, you will be also explained the "whys".
Being better informed, will also be more aware and motivated. It is an analysis of body composition by bio-impedance method (quick and painless test), which determines the percentage of fat and lean mass.
